Is it just me or does she not look a day over 25!

For her to be 37(born 1971) and still have baby hair.....she must have found the fountain of youth. To be honest, she needs to pass it along to her homegirl, T-Boz. Have you seen her lately? Those bags under her eyes could use some help.
