MONEY HELPS OUT.......ALOT!

Just four years ago Jennifer Hudson was an "American Idol" hopeful, who had a big chance of winning the title, but lost out to that hood-rat, screaming banchy Fantasia Barrino. Two years past, and like many other past "Idols" she fell off the face of the earth and was quickly, easily forgotten.

But in early 2006 her name reemerged when people found out that she was cast as Effie White in the upcoming musical movie, "DreamGirls". The film opened to high success, and Jennifer was on her way to superstardom. Jennifer was nominated for every award imaginable that an actress could receive, and to everyone's surprise, she won all of them. She also took home the Oscar for "Best Supporting Actress".

Now in 2008, Jennifer has three new movies being released later this year, early next year(Sex And The City, The Secret Life of Bee's, Winged Creatures), and is releasing her debut album this September on Arista Records.

BEYONCE IS ALREADY A "DESPERATE HOUSEWIFE"!

"The Beyonce Bot" is reportedly in talks with producers of the ABC hit show, "Desperate Housewives" to do a cameo appearance. Manger/Father/*Pimp*, Matthew Knowles has supposedly, already landed the singer a guest role. It's also being reported that execs of the show are looking to make Beyonce a permanent cast member. WENDY WILLIAMS TO HOST TALK SHOW

Shock jock, radio personality, Wendy Williams has been cleared by the Fox Network to host her own live daytime talk show. Starting July 14th, the show will have test runs in the following major cities: New York (WNYW), Los Angeles (KTTV), Dallas (KDFW) and Detroit (WJBK).

The premise of the show is of course gossip news, events, as well as interviews, fashion and advice segments in which Williams will help audience members and viewers handle personal life issues involving sex, relationships, money and dating.

Wendy is really serious about entering the daytime talk show world. She hired media producer, Rob Dauber to executive producer her show. Dauber is an Emmy award-winning producer who has work on such shows as "The Martha Stewart Show", "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" and the queen of daytime television, "Oprah"!

MEAGAN GOOD'S NEW GIG

Actress, Meagan Good is set to star in the upcoming movie "Saw V", the film is set to be released on October 24. She plays a character by the name of Luba(WTF?) who comes from a very wealthy family, and is a city planner.

Meagan has also signed on to star opposite Idris Elba in the upcoming movie, "The Unborn" a supernatural thriller. No word yet on when that film will be released.

Does anyone still watch, "Saw"? I stopped watching after "Saw II". But it's nice to see that Meagan can still land a job.

MARY BUYS A NEW HOME

Singer, Mary J. Blige recently purchased a new $12 million dollar home located in Saddle River, New Jersey.

The home was originally on the market for $17 million last year, but was reduced down to 12 million this year. The home includes a 14-seat movie theater, gym, hardwood indoor basketball court and an elevator.

Mary's neighbors include; Wyclef, Ja Rule and Rev Run of Run DMC.
